Addie’s Random Ramblings

Well, at least mine for now!!! I am so frustrated at this point in time that I am questioning the use and effort of me registering at U.N.I.S.A to further career prospects!!! All I have been eating, drinking, sleeping in the last few weeks are assignments, books and more books. When is all this gonna end or at least, slow down for just a short while. Here in my neck of the woods its school holidays. I am a teacher work at a school, so shouldn’t I also be on holiday??? My children are home … why can’t I get to spend time with them instead of doing all these stupid assignments!!! What’s being happening all around me while I’ve been slaving away with books:-

• Went to the coast for a few days. I only got to go the beach for a few minutes a day!
• Drama Queen can ride her bike WITHOUT training wheels … I wasn’t even around to take a photo!
• Two weeks of school holidays are gone … only this week left!
• And then there is all the other blogs out there that I don’t get to read anymore!

Not fair at all!!! I am seriously considering quiting my studies!!

There is one time during the day when I demand total privacy - when I have a bath. Then its just me, the bubble bath and a book or magazine. This morning it was rather special. You see, last week one of my sisters bought me a bath pillow. I used it this morning for the first time - total bliss. It was just so perfect. Unfortunately not everybody else was so impressed. Luckily DH had left for work already. CJ complained that I spent too much time in the bath and the Drama Queen now also wants her own bath pillow.

Thanks sis, this was a perfect gift. Reading in the bath will never be the same again

Any one of you want a car …

• It has a full service history with a history of its own
• In September after a service it wouldn’t start - eventually we replaced the battery
• In December it was in the dealer’s workshop for two weeks - eventually its computer box gadget was replaced
• It went for a service on Monday AND NOW IT WOULDN’T START AGAIN !!!!!!

My feeling - we need to replace the owner … !!!!!

I am scared.
I am having panic attacks.
I am unsure whether I am doing the right thing.
I have wanted to do this along time ago.
Yet, now that I have to take steps into this direction I am suddenly overcome with fear, anxiety, and all other emotions words fail to describe right now.

Maybe it’s not even gonna help.
Maybe it’s too late.
Maybe it’s just a waste of time and effort and and and …
