Yes, the Lady in Red has been relieved of her duties as “Mom’s Taxi”. She has been replaced. My heart is broken. I have come to love her. She was my traveling “companion” in many different circumstances … just last December she took us all the way to the Cape Province and back - what a pleasant drive she offered us. I am gonna miss her. She has been gone for a while now and I can’t get myself to drive her replacement yet. DH had to keep her replacement company while I used the bakkie (pick-up). Its gonna take a while for me to get used the other one. I knew that the Lady in Red had to go sooner or later; for that matter, I was the one that insisted it was time. But now that she is gone, I wonder
Only time will tell.
