My (soon to be) 9 year old son has an email address. Can you believe it? OK, I set it up for him, but still, it amazes me. The first encounter I had with a computer was when I started my first job. And that was after three years of studies, mind you! It wasn’t even called a computer. It was refered to a terminal, no internet, no network nevermind email. It operated on some program called DOS.
One of CJ’s classmates immigrated to Canada last year. At his farewell all the boys and girls in the class gave him photos with all possible contact details. Earlier this week we got an email from Canada for CJ… I set up an email address for CJ so know he can email his friend in Canada from his very own email address.
Soon CJ will have his own blog, too
